Connecting Communities to Opportunity
A school or a hospital is only effective if people can actually reach it. In many rural regions of Pakistan, the absence of paved roads and safe pathways leaves entire villages isolated. During the monsoon season, dirt tracks turn into impassable mud, cutting off access to emergency healthcare, education, and markets. For a child in a remote village, a journey to school shouldn’t be a dangerous trek through difficult terrain.
At Haidury Education & Welfare Trust, our Roads & Pathways programme provides the physical links that bring communities together. We issue grants for the construction of durable brick-paved streets and pedestrian pathways. By improving local infrastructure, we aren’t just laying stones; we are clearing the path for progress, safety, and economic growth.
“Removing harmful things from the road is an act of charity (Sadaqah).”
Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadith 2985
Our Grant-Making Process Includes
Village Street Paving: Funding towards the installation of durable brick or concrete paving to transform muddy tracks into all-weather roads.
Pedestrian Pathway Grants: Creating safe, elevated walkways for students and villagers to navigate safely between homes and communal facilities.
Access Maintenance: Providing grants for the repair and resurfacing of existing community paths that have become hazardous due to wear and tear.
School Access Routes: Prioritizing the paving of paths directly leading to educational institutions to ensure students arrive clean and on time.

Clear the Path
Your donations enable us to issue infrastructure grants for community connectivity. These grants are used for
- Street Paving Grants to provide the materials and labor for paving village roads with durable brick or stone.
- Safe Pathway Grants to create reliable footpaths that allow children to walk to school safely and cleanly.
- Restoration Grants to repair broken or sunken pathways within the heart of the village.
Your contribution removes obstacles and connects a community to its future.
Why These Grants Matter

Children are more likely to attend school regularly when the walk is safe, dry, and manageable.
Economic Empowerment
Reliable roads allow farmers and small business owners to transport goods to markets, increasing local trade.
