What Your Support Made Possible
During one of our visits to a rural community in Pakistan, we came across an area where there was no Masjid within a distance of 2 to 3 kilometres.
For the residents, especially the elderly and children, attending daily prayers meant walking long distances, often in difficult conditions. In reality, many were unable to attend the Masjid regularly.
We sat with the local community, listened to their concerns, and understood their need. Their request was simple yet powerful.
They wanted a Masjid. A place where they could establish Salah, teach their children Qur’an, and come together as a community.
Recognising the importance of this need, Haidury Education & Welfare Trust took the responsibility to construct Masjid Raqeeb Ali Haidar.
Today, this Masjid stands as a centre of prayer, unity, and guidance for the entire community. Where once there was distance and difficulty, there is now ease, connection, and worship.
Every prayer performed, every child learning Qur’an, and every gathering held within this Masjid continues to benefit those who made it possible.
- Construction of a fully functional Masjid for the community
- Prayer space accessible to surrounding villages
- Wudu facilities for daily use
- Safe and structured environment for worship
- Space for Qur’an learning and religious education
- Ongoing maintenance and care of the Masjid
